I’ll be hosting a workshop on my new book, Mastering the Moment: A Process of Gaining Control Over our Habits Through Mindful Awareness, at the Northwest Focusers Gathering. I’ll be leading participants into the following group experiences:
1) exploring experiential goals of healthier behaviors
2) creating relationships with that part of us that wants to continue our unwanted habits
3) creating relationships with that part of us that wants to change our habits
I will have manuscripts available for those who are interested in committing to testing the process for a 2 month period.
